1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FoolSafe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FoolSafe regarding your use of our interview assistance application.

2. Description of Service

FoolSafe is an AI-powered interview assistance tool that provides:

• Real-time audio transcription during interviews
• AI-generated response suggestions
• Visual context analysis from screen content
• Study resources and practice questions

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using Google authentication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

FoolSafe operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to use AI-powered features:

• LLM Response (8B model): 1 credit
• LLM Response (70B model): 3 credits
• Transcription: 2 credits per minute
• Vision Analysis: 2 credits

4.2 Purchases

All credit purchases are processed through Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4.3 Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

• Technical issues preventing service use
• Duplicate charges
• Unauthorized transactions (reported within 48 hours)

To request a refund, contact us at support@foolsafe.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by FoolSafe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI suggestions before use
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI responses
• AI responses should be used as a starting point, not as final answers

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOOLSAFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
